HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days free of charge. You can return a package by sending an email to info@resolve-skin.com. Please note: if you send us an email, please mention the order number, so we can quickly provide you with information. This makes the return process faster and more efficient.

Use a sturdy shipping box, preferably the original one, to minimize the risk of damage.

The amount will be refunded after the product has been returned, unless otherwise agreed, using the same means of payment with which the original transaction was carried out.

WHEN IS THE RETURNED PRODUCT ELIGIBLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT?

Once you have received a skincare product you may, just as you would in a store, open the package, and view the product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate you if we come across one of the following aspects during inspection:

  • The product is used
  • There is dirt on/in the packaging such as, liquids or food remains.

Due to hygienic and safety reasons, the product will not be eligible for reimbursement.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

We will keep you informed via email as soon as we receive the package. It is possible that the package has arrived in our warehouse via Track & Trace, but you have not yet received a confirmation of receipt. You don't have to worry; it can take up to 24 hours for us to process the return package.

Will it take longer than 24 hours to receive the confirmation email? If so, please check yourself first to make sure the return package has been delivered correctly. Therefore, always keep the proof of shipment of the package. For further questions you can always contact info@resolve-skin.com.

HOW DOES THE REFUND AFTER RETURN WORK?

Did you return the product? We will refund the entire purchase amount (exclusive shipping costs) as soon as possible. As soon as we have received the product and the content has been checked, your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible. This is within 7 days after receipt of the return package.
